Here at Switch®, we know that having your center fully operational at all times is important. That’s why we have created an easy-to-use diagnostic system for each pair of lanes.

During the development of the three phase motors, special attention was paid to both the power consumption and to the wear and tear of the mechanical components on the pinsetter. The use of technologically advanced inverters allowed an advanced control of torque speed, thus optimizing motor resources while avoiding possible damage or dangerous effects on all moving parts.

Our diagnostic system ensures that all of the movements of the motors are monitored constantly, allowing the system to interrupt any procedure in case of malfunction. A sample of the usage is taken on each single phase of the three phase electrical supply line. This function is tied to a maximum tolerance time allowed through the implementation of a strategy using a magnetic-thermal on the central system.

In order to keep the operation of controlling the machines by center mechanics quick and easy, all the activities of the power outputs and sensors are available for easy viewing on a led visualization screen. Any anomalies are shown using red LED light with a specific code and description. The operator has the ability to interact directly with the chassis. Through the control panel, the mechanic or operator can safely move any part of the machine.

The maintenance of mechanical parts can be checked on the "Time" section. The hours of operation for each single motor are shown on this page as well as the number of machine cycles and frames bowled.
